Binders stands on open-source software and openly licensed models. The full licence texts ship inside the app, under Settings, Acknowledgements.

Speech models

• Parakeet TDT 0.6B v2 and v3, © NVIDIA Corporation, licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0. Converted to Core ML by FluidInference. Binders does not change the model weights.
• Whisper large-v3-turbo, © OpenAI, MIT Licence. Converted to Core ML by Argmax, Inc.

The language model is one you install yourself, for example through Ollama, under that model’s own licence.
